Sharon is a NYC-based actor, director, producer, and marketing manager with a passion for telling stories that celebrate the bold, beautiful, painful, heartbreaking, and wonderful human spirit.

A graduate of UCLA’s Ray Bolger Musical Theater Program (BA in Theater), she went on to perform professionally with various regional theater companies and vocal groups including: Starlight Musical Theater, San Diego’s California Ballet Company, Meh-Tropolis Dance Theater, Interborough Repertory Theater, the Oxford Shakespeare Company, and the Oratorio Society of New York.

Currently, as the managing director and a founding member of Classics on the Rocks, a classical theater company in NYC, Sharon has had the opportunity to direct and coach actors about her two favorite things – Shakespeare and Musical Theater. Through the company’s text analysis and acting workshops, she has helped to coach actors to read Shakespeare’s first folio like they would a musical theater score to enhance their understanding of the text and create a richer performance. Sharon takes particular pride in supporting actors to embrace their own inner quirkiness and bring that into their character arcs to add additional depth and dimension.
