AWT Holiday Hat Hullabaloo!
Join us for a celebration of festive cheer at AfterWork Theater’s “Holiday Hat Hullabaloo” fundraiser! Wear your most dazzling holiday hats and gather with friends for a heartwarming day of merriment, featuring holiday sing-alongs, lunch, delicious treats, and spirited libations. Get into the giving spirit by participating in our gift wrapping station, bidding on fantastic items in the auction, trying your luck in the raffle, and making a meaningful contribution to support AfterWork Theater’s mission. It’s a daytime extravaganza where holiday magic meets philanthropy, and we can’t wait to see you there!
Buy your tickets for a discounted price of $75 ($35 of which will be tax deductible) by Nov 30 (Early Bird pricing has been extended!). Prices go up to their $85 regular price on Dec 1.
Ticket Prices and Details
Extended Early Bird Ticket Prices! Through November 30: Standard (21+) ticket prices for AWT Holiday Hat Hullabaloo are $75, plus a $1.99 service fee. $35 of each ticket is considered a tax deductible donation for AfterWork Theater.
Beginning December 1: Standard (21+) ticket prices for AWT Holiday Hat Hullabaloo are $85, plus a $1.99 service fee. $45 of each ticket is considered a tax deductible donation for AfterWork Theater.
This price includes entrance as well as two drink tickets (soda/juice, beer, well, or wine) and one raffle ticket. There will also be a cash bar available for additional drinks (please tip your bartenders!). For guests under 21, tickets are $50 per person plus the service fee, which includes entrance only but no drink or raffle tickets. For guests 5 and under, tickets are free.
After your purchase you will receive two emails: a receipt, and a letter that you can use for tax purposes. No physical or electronic tickets will be sent. You will be able to check in at the door with the name of the ticket purchaser!
Online ticket sales will stop approximately 2 hours before the party. Remaining tickets will be available at the door – Venmo preferred, but cash is also ok!
A note about tickets: We will be paying The Duplex for each drink ticket purchased, and there is a two drink minimum required per person. The per person cost that we are charging allows us to make sure The Duplex is paid in full as well as raise some money for AWT. We thank you for your support!
Our party will take place on the ground floor of The Duplex, with both indoor and semi-outdoor locations. There is an accessible entrance and the ground floor is also accessible. The bathroom at The Duplex is up one flight of stairs. However, we will also have access to the accessible bathroom next door at Stonewall, and anyone who needs to use this bathroom will be personally accompanied by the manager of The Duplex so you have no difficulties finding it! Please let us know if you have any questions about the accessibility of the space.
Masks will be optional for all attendees, and we are not requiring proof of vaccination.
Tickets to the AfterWork Theater Holiday Party are not refundable, but they are fully transferable. If you are unable to come, you may give your ticket to someone else and they can check in with the name of the ticket purchaser at the door. If you are unable to attend or transfer your ticket, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we would be happy to convert the cost of your ticket to a tax deductible donation.
If the party is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances outside the control of AfterWork Theater, there will be no refunds issued or exchanges made, and the value of your unused ticket will be considered a donation to AWT for which you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
