Reva StoverReva Stover is a SDC Associate member director, playwright, producer, actress, and teaching artist from Orlando, FL with a BFA in acting from the University of Central Florida. Reva has been a teaching artist and community advocate for over 8 eight years. Their work in community engagement and advocacy centers equity, accessibility, education, community connectedness, and collective action. They were the Artistic Associate and Education Coordinator for the Weston Playhouse Theatre Company. Followed by their position as the Co-Artistic Director of Azuka Theatre from 2021-2024.

Reva’s artistic work often combines social horror and environmental theatre to examine the sociocultural and sociopolitical systems that shape our society and their impact on diverse communities. They are particularly interested in new, underserved, and reimagined works which amplify the stories of marginalized communities. Through collaborative play, explorative movement, dramaturgical analysis, thoughtful conversation and collaborative world building, they aim to tell meaningful and entertaining stories that enrich communities and leave audiences thinking.
