Olivia had been wanting to perform in musical theater her whole life, but aside from doing shows in high school and being a Broadway super-fan she hadn’t gotten many more opportunities. She feared she had missed her chance, but her hope in performing as an adult was restored after attending a workshop at BroadwayCon in 2016 and by chance meeting an AfterWork Theater member. She learned that it wasn’t too late! She started traveling to New York from Connecticut to dance at Broadway Dance Center on the weekends and soon was signed up to perform in West Side Story with AfterWork Theater later that year. Her dream of getting back to theater and performing in New York City finally was coming true. Since then she has performed in, and stage managed many AfterWork productions. She is a Registered Dietitian by day, but gets her theater fix through AWT, working front of house and stage managing performances at Juilliard, and ushering shows on Broadway!
