Christopher Lin is a multi-instrumentalist, sound designer/producer, and creative professional currently based out of the East Village in Lower Manhattan, and has fostered a love for music since childhood. Hailing as a first-generation immigrant from Longmeadow, MA, he began studying classical piano at age 5, before joining jazz ensemble at Deerfield Academy and continuing to pursue performance studies through the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy at New York.

Chris has music directed productions of Heathers, Chicago, and The Lion King at local community theaters throughout Western Massachusetts, and enjoys participating in pit bands/orchestras for any part that requires keyboard, guitar, bass, violin, flute, saxophone, or hand percussion. He is very grateful to have joined the team at AfterWork Theater and be given the opportunity to apply new artistic direction to their productions going forward!
