Each class will start with a warm-up, including full-body stretching and some light cardio to ease us in. Then, we’ll learn a short combo with a focus on moving our bodies and getting those endorphins pumping!
This class is beginner-friendly and will focus on sustained movement, NOT dance technique. You won’t learn to pirouette or jeté, but you WILL learn upbeat choreo and even sing along (if that’s your journey!). This is also NOT a class that will focus on calorie-burning or weight loss or even really fitness! This class will be low- to medium-impact, but some high-impact modifications may be offered.
